How pricing works
Every store is different, so we price each store after a scoping call.
You won't find a price list on this site. That's on purpose. What a store needs depends on which areas it wants help with, which systems it runs, and how its service lane works today. We'd rather learn that first than guess.
What the scoping call covers
It's a conversation with your service leadership. In general terms, we'll talk through:
- Which areas you're interested in. We have twelve areas in the service department, each with one clear job. Four are in early testing on sample data with our first pilot dealership, and eight are coming soon. You pick the ones that fit your store.
- The systems you use today. Your DMS (dealer management system), your service scheduler, your service inbox, and how training and warranty records are kept. Nothing gets connected on this call. We set up any connection to your store's systems one store at a time, and only with your store's written OK.
- How your service lane runs. Who books appointments, who follows up with customers, who handles parts, warranty and comebacks, and where things tend to slip.
- Who approves for your store. Nothing goes out without the store's OK. Each store names a main approver for customer messages, plus one backup.
- When a person should step in. Every area is built to hand off to a person when it should. We'll map those hand-offs to the right people at your store.
Good to know
- This page doesn't list prices or make commitments.
- We're starting with a small, invite-only group of dealerships, and we'll add more as we have the capacity.
- Service is where we're starting. Other areas of the dealership are planned for later.
