What this area does
It's designed to let the technician choose how to do the multi-point inspection: record a video as they inspect the vehicle, or enter the inspection by hand on a phone, tablet, or computer. With video, AI is designed to draft the findings for the technician to review. Either way, the inspection is designed to feed one set of recommendations and one estimate, so nothing gets entered twice.
How it helps the store
It's meant to save technicians time on typing, give advisors a clear and consistent list of recommendations, and keep the estimate honest. It's designed so that when a part price or labor time isn't available, the estimate shows it as unavailable instead of filling in a made-up number.
How it works with your people
AI is designed only to draft. The technician or advisor is meant to review every finding, fix or remove anything that's wrong, and approve it, and nothing is designed to reach the customer until a person at the store has approved it. We set up any connection to your store's systems one store at a time, and only with your written OK.
